Know the full picture before we begin.
Every order summary clearly sets out the piece, price, estimated timing and payment schedule. Work begins only after you approve the scope and initial payment.
Ready-to-wear orders
Payment is due in full when the order is confirmed. Available secure payment methods are shown on your invoice or checkout link.
Custom commissions
A non-refundable design deposit reserves atelier time and begins the project. The remaining balance is scheduled in stages and must be settled before final dispatch. Your exact schedule is included in the commission proposal.
Currency
Orders are invoiced in U.S. dollars unless otherwise agreed in writing. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion rate or international processing fee.
Confirmation
A receipt is issued after each successful payment. If you believe a payment has been duplicated or the amount is incorrect, contact the atelier before attempting another transaction.
