aftercare process.

We want every piece to feel right.

If something is not as expected, contact the atelier before sending an item back. We will review the order and guide you through the appropriate return, exchange or adjustment process.

Ready-to-wear

Eligible unused ready-to-wear pieces may be requested for return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and returned with original packaging and tags.

Custom & personalized work

Pieces created to individual measurements, altered on request or personalized in design are final sale. If a custom piece differs materially from the approved specification, contact us promptly so the atelier can assess and resolve the issue.

Items not eligible for return

  • Worn, washed, damaged or altered pieces
  • Cosmetics and other opened hygiene-sensitive products
  • Custom-made, made-to-measure and personalized orders
  • Final-sale items clearly identified before purchase
Always request return authorization before shipping. Unapproved parcels may not be accepted by the atelier.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are normally the client’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or an incorrect item was sent. We recommend using a tracked and insured service.
